Hotels

Traveler agrees to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those covered by the package. Incidental charges can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and other hotel charges. All hotels require a credit card for incidental charges at time of check-in. Hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by the posted check-out time and arriving guests to check-in later than the posted check-in time. Most hotels do their best to minimize inconvenience and store luggage if one chooses to arrive early or depart late.

Check-in times vary; Collegiate Athletic Travel cannot control or guarantee check-in times.

If a change becomes necessary for any reason, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent quality to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties, as noted above, apply.
